September 2007 Market Data from Honolulu Board of Realtors

Median Single Family Home Price for September 2007: $650,000
 No change from August 2007 (also at $650,000)
 Up 4.8% from September 2006 (was $620,000)

Median Condo Price for September 2007: $335,000 
 Up 3.1% from August 2007 (from $325,000)
 Up 4.7% from July 2006 (from $320,000)

Seems that prices are still holding steady and rising slightly in most areas. 

Number of units sold declined sharply in September 2007, when compared to Sept. 2006: single family down 29% and condos down 13.9%.
