Another reason to buy real estate in Studio City

I just went to a new restaurant that opened in Studio City on Ventura blvd. called "Umami Burger". It is right across my Dilbeck Studio City Real Estate office...and OMG!!!! Try their truffle burger!!! I am going back again tonight with my daughter to try other burger selections. I think this is a great place for realtors to take their clients for lunch if you want to impress them. As for future Studio City residents, this is another great reason to live in Studio City, in addition to Carpenter Elementary School, the famous Aroma Cafe that is located on Tujunga street. While you sipping great coffee in Aroma Cafe, you can enjoy nice ambiance and interesting crowd. Later you can visit a few adorable boutique shops located right next to Aroma Cafe that have very unique merchandise inside. I bought a lot of gifts their for my friends and clients and everyone loved them!
