Broker Law - April 4 - April 27, 2011

Find out why our classes continue to grow! This course is about the structure of Law and how it relates to our everyday decisions in real estate. Although Law may be boring to some, you have to check this course out...we have mock mediation and arbitration panels...come join the fun and get the experience of a lifetime!

Real estate agents interested in receiving their broker's license must meet the following requirements:

• Actively engaged as full time real estate agent for 36 consecutive months (you may start taking your courses during this same 36 months).
• Successfully completed four 45 hour courses in subjects such as brokerage, real estate law, real estate finance and real estate appraisal or other related approved subjects.
• Pass the PSI exam to become a broker.
These classes are countable forever so long as you can prove you have completed the course.

PSI Cram for Brokers & Pre-Licensees

April 12, 2011, starts at 9:00am

If you, or you know someone who is having a hard time passing the Broker's PSI exam or the Salesperson's PSI exam... please recommend them to this course. We have an outstanding success rate!

This is not a mandatory class and receives no credit, however, this is the class to help give you the basics to pass the brokers PSI. The class goes over the basic National and State real estate definitions and laws that will appear on the PSI. The brokers PSI is very similar to the salesman's PSI and this will give you the review on information you already knew, but don't use daily and have long since forgotten.

Cost: $79, if you have not taken all four broker's classes with Millennium.
