The housing market is flooded with properties for sell, and buyers and investors are having a difficult time deciding on what to buy and when to buy it.

We, as Realtors, should remind our clients of three little things,... location, location, location.

Whoever you are, whatever your situation in life, there is a pretty good chance you would like to improve your location.  Maybe you would like to be in the mountains, by the sea, closer to your work, nearer to you grandchildren, in a warmer place, a cooler place,... the list is endless, just as the reasons for relocation.

It this period of low interest rates, an over-supplied market, and our economy is healthy and stable, it is definitely a great time for buyers to jump in and swim!  

Find that location you couldn't afford before, and make an offer.  You could find yourself pleasantly surprised!
