Thank you to everyone who made our Link partnership drive so successful, we are just wrapping up and the response has been
overwhelming.

We are now offering up a couple of very unique opportunities for regional websites.  We are currently promoting 50 highly targeted real estate websites. Each is regionally related and optimized to the geographic area. Each site will have no more then 5 text links at the bottom of each page. We are looking for people in, around or familiar with each regional area, who know the value of one way inbound links and enjoy blogging.

The Offer 

1. One way inbound text links, site wide for 5 blog posts per month.

For 8 original, real estate related, blog posts a month (300 words per post)a  one way, optimized text link can be
yours. Its that simple. Our sites span North America so finding a region to focus on will not be hard. Space is limited to 3 per site.

More details:

-each blog post can contain a link back to your site, that’s a minimum of 8 inbounds a month

-Each of our bloggers will have a bio page which can also link back to their site. The bio page is also a great place for shameless self promotion.

-As the footer links are a static feature on each page, as the site grows so do the number of inbound links to your site.

-Currently, each site is about 30 pages deep with content being added weekly.  A conservative estimate is that each site will be approximately 200 pages with in the next 60 days.


2. One way inbound text links, site wide for 4 articles a month.


Very similar to the above, you write four, 500 word original articles a month and get a one way text link in the footer of our site as well as an inbound link from the signature of the articles that you publish on our site. Space is limited to 2 per site.

-each article can contain a link back to your site

-Each of our article contributers will have a bio page which can also link back to their site. The bio page is also a great place for shameless self promotion.

-As the footer links are a static feature on each page, as the site grows so do the number of inbound links to your site.

-Currently, each site is about 30 pages deep with content being added weekly.  A conservative estimate is that each site will be approximately 200 pages with in the next 60 days.

I may be interested, but had a question regarding article ownership.  I like to write articles and would usually plan to distribute any articles I write.  Do the articles I write have to be exclusive to this site or would it still be ok for me to publish them to Article directories.

I don't write that many because I tend to work on quality of articles and being very specific for the community in which I live.

Thank you for contacting us.  In the interest of keeping the value of both the content and links high, we are interested in unique content only.  While I understand the importance of distributing an article around the internet, we are going about things a little differently.  Each time you submit an article for distribution, you have to rely on literally hundreds of people to pick it up in order for it to become effective.  Further each time your article gets published, the value of it decreases.  We are aiming to have a) unique content that makes each page very valuable and search engine friendly b) each inbound link from these pages is worth much more.  We can get you set up in next to no time if you are interested in pursuing this offer.  Thanks again for contacting me and feel free to drop me a line with any other questions you may have.
