The Right way

There is a right way and a wrong way of doing business. Take for instance a client that comes to a property manager because he/she is unhappy with their current manager. The client can never get ahold of the manager and does maintenance work at the property with out the owners conscent.

In property management our main goal is to please our client and always keep their best interest in mind. I agree that sometimes we have to make decisions that involve sending out a plumber in an emergency or doing work when the owner is out of touch. But, the key to protecting the owners property is communicating all items with them becuase we are agents for the owner and need to treat the property as if it was ours!
