FREE FOOD ~ REALTOR LUNCHEON ~ BONUS

Do ANY of those entice you to attend an Open House or visit a new construction community?  What if it entitled you to a BONUS when you sold a home in a D.R. HORTON community??

The word "Bonus" and a personal invitation enticed us, so lunch today was on D.R. Horton, while we previewed the "Tyler's Cove" community in Leland, North Carolina.

"Tyler's Cove" is one of the several neighborhoods in the master planned community of "Mallory Creek Plantation"

We have been fortunate to have sold quite a few new homes in another D.R. Horton community located in Calabash. At the community, "The Farm" we found Edie Caudill, a sales representative who welcomed us and truly appreciated when we brought buyers to her community. We as Realtors know that not all new construction communities are Realtor friendly, nor do they want to co-broke with us.

D.R.Horton, known as "America's Builder", has been building homes for over 30 years, and boasts being the largest homebuilder in the United States for the last 8 years.
"We value our relationships with agents, and we are ready to help you find the perfect combination of location, design, features, quality and value in a new home for your client.

D.R. Horton makes owning a new home affordable, with many styles and options to choose from. Their motto, "Love Where You Live", gives each community that warm neighborhood feeling.

Each new homeowner becomes involved in the design of their new home. Once the style of the home is chosen, a visit to the D.R.Horton IDEA Center is scheduled. The IDEA Center representative assists each new homeowner by coordinating colors, features and finishes all within your budget.

Forty lots are available to build on at this time.  Five spec homes are available to purchase. Each homeowner has access to a clubhouse and competition size pool. The community has lighted streets and paved walking trails.

Tyler's Cove is a short distance to Wilmington, the airport, schools, colleges and shopping areas. The closest beach is Wrightsville Beach which is a 20 minute drive.

Home prices range from the mid 150's to the mid 200's. Home plans are for single family homes, ranch style and two story, ranging from 1200 square feet to 3087 square feet with three to six bedrooms.

We are Accredited Buyer Representatives who are available for you as buyers to look out for your fiduciary interests. We welcome all buyers to call us to represent them in their purchase of a new home. Having a Buyer's Agent is very much like having your own attorney and we will negotiate the best affordable price for you.
