Aerial that includes 21 acres of Brockton land for sale

21 acres of Brockton landThis property is located on the east side of Brockton close to Whitman.  There is highway access close at hand and the land is already zoned for agriculture.  The property was bought by the Kucinski family back in 1936 and has been operating as a farm, restaurant, greenhouse, stable since that day.  Having this much space at the price it is currently on the market for is a special deal for anyone looking for this amount of land.  Give us a call and let’s see how we can work to get your project into a reality. 972 322 7776

Kevin Fitzgerald has more than 20 years of development and real estate knowledge in Brockton.  Let us help you create your plan an get it developed.  This land has a lot of history starting back before the Prohibition period.  During the Prohibition the house which is still standing on the property and will come with the sale of the land was knows as the Blue Parrot and one of the infamous “speakeasy’s” of that day.  It is a little known fact that the term Speak Easy came from a famous Chicago establishment where the owner would inform the gentlemen in her place to “Speak easy, boys.” when they became excited and loud.  In Brockton 21 plus acres of land is back on the market and now you can build your own development to your liking.

@Stan, It is an interesting real estate marketing challenge. The land has been with the same family for years and years, has great history, but now is for sale.  We would like to find a buyer for the entire, but have already entertained single family house lots inquiries.  I will keep you tuned.

@Rene, this is one of the things that make our work so interesting.  We get to help shape a neighborhood and community with our work.  It is more obvious in this situation than in a single family sale, but we do change the communites with each transaction.  Have a great weekend.

what a unique property this is Larry, you can really go to town with marketing this one. Often we read the term "once in a lifetime" to describe some listings, but with this one, it would be no exxageration.

@Robert I like sharing the history of the land and buildings, as you know.

@Connie Lou, this property is very unique in a lot of ways.  Finding the right tone and approach will be the key.

@Malcolm  Since this land last changed hands in 1936 it is once in a lifetime isn't it. Thanks for your comments.
