I am glad that my taxes are do and sent in.  Uncle Sam didn't get much this year.  It also means I didn't make much either.

I hear many people talk about how the IRS gets everything.  Well, this guy was right!

A businessman on his death bed called his friend...

"Bill, when I die I want you to make sure I am cremated."

"OK" says Bill.  "What do you want done with your ashes?"

"Just put them in an envelope and send them to the IRS with a note that says

"Now you have everything!"

I guess at that point they would!

Is there a way to put your Soul in the envelope?   They want that, too.

Great Post, Bill!    Thanks for the laugh (or should I cry?)  :)

Between Income Tax and every other tax - I wonder just how much of each of our dollars gets spent on actual goods and services. A couple of pennies perhaps?

I wonder what the IRS would actually do with someones ashes, file them under un-claimed assets, or return to sender?

As a person who files taxes for a lot of people, I do see a lot of this.

William, I do believe that for the IRS...there is never enough...I'm sure if they could figure out a way to continue to collect long after you're gone they would do it...kind of like a..."you played you still pay tax"!

If only our taxes were spent the way I'd prefer them to be!
