Wow I've been busy

I haven't been blogging on here as often as I should be. Why? Because I've simply been too busy. I had 4 closings last week & 4 next week (one is my own house).

Another one of my listings went pending, none other than today - Thanksgiving!

I have blogged before about the power of intention, positive thinking, energy, etc but this one is pretty good. I spoke with my seller last week about his house in Bonita Springs. He was ready to reduce again but I said "I am going to have it under contract for your Thanksgiving present".

We didn't reduce it & it had only had one agent showing so far. Guess what? The following day it was shown & then she brought her buyers back the next day to look at it again. Well, low & behold yesterday a pretty good offer came in on it from that agent. My client is so thrilled.

That's the power of positive thinking.

By the way, I am hiring a new agent on my team. Well, she's actually not new at all, she's been a top producer at her current company for the past 3 years but is ready for a change this year, her 4th year in the business. She will be joining my team on Monday. I'm very excited about this new addition!

Thanks to Jay LaGace for introducing me to an insurance company that is beating my current carrier's quote by almost $600! I know, sounds like a Geico commercial....LOL By the way, Jay is the listing agent on the house I'm buying as my personal residence :)

Another thanks to Mick Dolan of Citizens Financial for finding a great loan program for one of my buyers (yes, closing next week). Also, for handling the financing on my personal home purchase as well. Mick does a great job!

Also, thanks to Al Stetson for allowing me to list, sell & market his Cape Coral properties. I look forward to it! By the way, he found me on the net a couple of years ago & I invited him here. So, it wasn't a match made on ActiveRain but Active Rain is still great.

One more thing, which is probably most important here.....Happy Thanksgiving to one & all.

Enjoy being here, with family & friends this holiday.

Remember, gratitude is one of the highest energy radiating feelings we can experience.

Being grateful will allow even more abundance into your life.

As always....Yours in Success,

Susan Milner

Susan, congratulations on your being "busy" lately.  It's no surprise to me that you have been successful and "blog free" lately.  Keep up the good work in '07!!!

Congrats on a great month so far. On my end of the business I have been getting more and more pre-approval calls over the past 2 weeks, looks like people are getting serious again about buying. Let's all hope anyway

Susan,

I marked this one a 5 !!!  I just enjoyed reading the positive success stories you have had recently and the special thanks you gave to the people that played a role in the success.  Congrats on selling your own home as well.  Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.

Hey Susan, Glad to see you back. I missed you. Congrats on all the buisness. I thought the market was slow.:) Aren't you glad you don't listen to the naysayers. I too have been very busy. November was my best month of the year and it looks like December will be just as good. I love these slow markets!

That's fantastic.  Truth is, I think our market is getting busier.  I notice showings are up, traffic is up, and for the first time pending sales increased in Fort Myers and Cape Coral Geo areas in a long time.
