Southeast New Brunswick Real Estate Market Report - September 2007

September residential unit sales slow with a modest decrease over September 2006.

} The area covered by the Greater Moncton Real Estate Board is the most active real estate market in New Brunswick.

} In the overall area year to date, residential unit sales are up 10.4% over 2006.

} Active residential listings at the end of September 2007 were down slightly from September of 2006.
