It's been a few years in the making but the homes at Renaissance at Regency are finally ready - well almost.

There will be three sections in Renaissance at Regency- the Cottages, the Manors, and the Estates.  The Estate and Manor homes are now under construction and start at $1.5M for the Estates and $900k for the Manors.  Construction on the Cottages will begin early 2008 and will start at $730k.  This neighborhood, developed by Creedmoor Partners, has a more European flair than any other neighborhood in the Triangle - with the exception of Hasentree which is also being developed by Creedmoor Partners.  Architectural features that are noticeable include turrets, elongated chimneys, carriage doors on the garage, and more....

Both the Estates and Manors have showcase homes featured in the 2007 Triangle Parade of Homes.  The Manors have three featured Parade homes constructed by Timberline Builders, Southern Elegant Homes, and Upright Builders.  The Estate Parade home is built by KJ Construction, Inc.  All of the homes at Renaissance at Regency have all of the latest high-end architectural features, state-of-the art appliances, and the most important feature of all - LOCATION!!  Renaissance at Regency is located right around the corner from the Koka Booth Amphitheatre and all homes have been constructed to withstand over 20 decibles of sound.  I was on-site Friday for the Parade unveiling and I found the symphony to be quite soothing on a Friday afternoon.

I love it there. Right after I moved to Cary in the early 1990's I went there for my first 4th of July. Breath taking it was.
