In summary, Nettles Island sales for the first quarter of 2011 are at the same pace as 2010. March may reveal an increase based on the pending sales that have been announced and posted to the multiple listing service. Although we plan to closely monitor the closed sales in the next two months, it appears that sales have not increased yet. Sellers interested in selling in today's market should price their property as competitively as possible while there are buyers out there looking to take advantage of the good real estate prices.
