September 2007 Real Estate Market Condition Report for

Vancouver's West MLS Areas

This report is a simple tabulation of Vancouver's western area homes in the real estate data base, separated into price ranges, and: Active, Pending and Sold categories, for the Historical Month of September, 2007.  

This month has 10 fewer homes in the active category, and the average days on the market has increased by four days.  For the listings that are agreeing to offers the average time on the market is now up to 72 days -- an increase of 11 days. 

For the first half of 2007 the RMLS data is showing the Average home Selling Price for real estate in these Vancouver areas ranging from: $182,700 to $396,000; and the Median Selling Price ranging from: $172,500 to $283,000.  The Clark County - wide Average Home Selling Price is: $309,300;  while the Median Selling Price is: $264,900.
