I hear reports that the Red Cross is in dire need of blood donations because of the situation in Japan. So, if you have have the time, please, please, I beg you to go to one of the donation sites below and donate today. The American Red Cross needs your blood, no matter the type. So, instead of saying "Oh, I'll donate blood next week" and then next week never comes. Donate today while you have time and are thinking about it.
