People today I checked our MLS expired and bam we had 445 listings expired!  We have a lot of lots and condos still flooding our market...And guess what all these listing agents that thought they could promise everyone top dollar are starting to bleed now.  People do not realize how much money goes into land just to get it to be usable.  I believe that all these marketing dollars from these listing agents are just making, marketing firms rich and now the consumer is starting to get educated at the same time!  Now we are going to a Real Real Estate market and I welcome it!  Now maybe people will realize whats in a name and education!
