Last Week's Favorites: March 27th - April 3rd
I love that Pat Kennedy does these...as Spring moves into full gear I am afraid my time on AR is lessening and isn't it great to have someone who gives us the Cliff Notes on what's happening on AR.
Last week was a crazy one for me. As I'm headed for Rain Camp in Atlantic City, buyers are coming out of the woodwork! Isn't that just always the case. Anyway, before I hit the road, I must put up my favorite weekly post. So here goes:
1. Steven Smith: Lynden Home Inspection (King of the House) Foundation Cracks He answers a question that we all get pretty often.
2. Charita Cadenhead: Homebuyers Should Take Control of the Property That They Want She puts a new spin on ya snooze, ya lose.
3. Richie Alan Naggar: REAL ESTATE...... DOES IT BUG YOU.....? Archive special report Quick! Call Orkin!
4. Mike Cooper: What was I thinking? This is a heartfelt Man and His Dog story with a message about real estate.
5. Christine Smith: Happiness Over the Sale of a House It's great when a listing has a happy ending. And for every house there's someone who will love it!
6. Mitchell Hall: Upper West Siders Outraged Over Duane Reade Digital Billboard Mitch is my favorite Big Apple Blogger!
7. Joanna Szwtd: Aren't you tired of wishing? Why don't you just give in and enjoy a day as it is. It's this week's feel good post.
8. Gene Riemenschneider: What Would Mike Royko Do? This hit home as I'm breaking in a new phone number once owned by a deadbeat.
9. Tish Lloyd: 24 Hour Notice is a Killer! This is one more reminder of a huge way to sabotage a listing.
10. Lou Ludwig: Continue to Try Lou brings us wisdom from a wise woman in an amazingly competitive field.
11. Jay Markanich: Not Every Little Breeze Seems To Whisper Louise... If you can't get Jay to do an inspection, reading his blog is the next best thing.
12. Gary Woltal: It's April 1st, If You're Italian, Time To Harvest The Spaghetti Leave it to Gary to give us a funny April Fools post.
13. Elliot Topkins: Working with International Buyers--The Rules for Obtaining Funds Can be Complicated The title says it all.
14. Ginny Gorman: Is There Zeal in You to Sell that Property? In this market, sometimes you have to be a zealot!
And 15. Richard Iarossi: Interesting blend of old and new Who'd a thunk it? This could be an interesting trend in advertising.
So now it's time to pack up my electronic toys and stuff and head for Atlantic City! Hope I'll see some of you there! And I'll be back next Sunday.
