We're seeing lots of buyers stirring too - and once you subtract the short sales and the fixer listings, the pickings are surprisingly slim.  Hope you have a great spring!

Hi Susan - You have some very inexpensive properties in Gananoque, at least compared to GTA standards.  Are the low priced properties (e.g. $44,900 and $135,000 properties) in town or in the rural areas?

Hi Marc -  everything quoted above is in the Town of Gananoque.  I didn't provide any market data for rural (township) properties.
