Having problems leaving comments on AR posts?

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Properties, Inc., ABR, GRI, SRES

I'm not sure if this has been addressed but I often see the message below when trying to leave a comment on an AR post.  Very frustrating if you type a long comment because it gets deleted!

If you are experiencing this problem in Internet Explorer, switch to Firefox and the problem will be resolved.

Yes this is a problem, Patricia.  I couldn't even access AR at all on Saturday until very late in the evening.  Hopefully things are getting better.  Here goes . . . . .

Patricia, I don't know what's wrong, but I never have had this problem.  I post at least ten comments every single day, but I am using Firefox.  Maybe that's why I never have had a problem.

Obviously, I have Internet Explorer... but I almost never use it, unless for some reason Firefox is cranky that day.

Haven't seen this problem in Safari Patricia. Although the first time you log in if you write a comment and don't enter the cryptic word you have to start all over again.

Patricia, I switched over to Firefox several months ago when I had problems with my website and Google analytics.  I have not had a problem with comments so maybe that is the solution.
