Lake Hogan Farms is a Prestigious Development in Chapel Hill, NC where you'll find a combinations of Custom Built Single Family Homes and Custom Built Luxury Townhomes.  The amenities are vast including a Clubhouse, Swimming Pool, Basketball Court, Tennis Courts, Playground, Green Spaces, and Walking Trails.

Hey Bob, It was actually hot today.  I think it hit 82 today.  It was very nice!  We're having a cold front come through tonight and it will be cool (60's) and rainy tomorrow. :(
