We hear about hardship cases that make our hearts mourn for the tragedies that people go through.  More and more it seems that they are hitting closer to home with .  I know when I was growing up I believed that we worked hard when we were young, raise a family and then we retired and lived comfortably on our retirement funds.  For most that fairy tale is over.  I have a couple here facing a foreclosure.  Chances are good that the house itself will go for a short sale, but right now that is the least of this couples problems.   He worked hard al lhis life and fell sick the last couple of years.  Now he is terminally ill, their savings are all gone, they are facing foreclosure next month, and they have no funds to get an apartment.  She took on a job and for all her best efforts makes just enough to pay the health insurance, medications, utilities and some food.  Because she is working they do not qualify for any kind of assistance.  What does anyone do in a situation like this.  It isn't a matter of cutting the cable bill or selling the car, all of that is gone.  A fund is being set up to give them a hand up.  I am asking you all to  spread the word, give a few dollars or if you know of some miracle that can help them please speak up.
