Morris County Stager Shows You What Can be Done in a Half Day of Staging!

All professional home stagers, myself included, love the big jobs that come with a big budgetso we can utilize all our resources and talent, shopping for fabulous accessories, furniture rentals and have days to transform a home into an HGTV reveal. However, in reality this is often not the case, especially in this Real estate market.

My client was selling her home due to a divorce, (a sad, but common occurrence) and had a very limited budget. The first thing she did was hire a great realtor who priced the home right  and then called this Morris County Stager about preparing her home for the market. I went over all her options and she could comfortably afford a ½ day of staging  ($450)  which included taking all the MLS photos inside and out and emailing them to her Realtor that night. My client was hopeful, but skeptical that 4 hours could have any real impact on transforming her home.

These are the results of what this Morris County Stager did in a half day of staging for $450.00 and my client was thrilled as was her Realtor.  

As you will see, some of these rooms only needed a little tweaking and others...well you can see for yourself. Staging doesn't have to be a huge expense!

 

 

 

This room was almost there - I decluttered, remove personal items, a pillow for the chair, a few plants and orchid - so simple:

No extra bed, no problem - adding a few games, a shelf, desk and toys is much more appealing than an empty room!

Ask yourself, can you not afford to stage your home in preparation for the market?! This is what $450. and a 1/2 day of staging did for this home!
