Over the years I have come up with a couple Halloween Marketing ideas. Here is my list but feel free to add any of your suggestions.

1. Deliver pumpkins to past and current customers for each kid in a household.
   a. Host a pumpkin carving contest, tell them to send you pictures and send a small gift certificate for the winner

2. To obtain new customers host a free pumpkin give away at your company. Invite your sphere, past customers, your farming areas. Make sure they bring a coupon that you send and have them sign a sheet with information so you can track your results.

3. Pass out candy at one of your listings and pass out information on the home. Think of how many hundreds of people may come through your area, that either live there or like the area and wish they lived there. (ps Im doing this one this year)

4. Host a coloring contest, have parents pick up sheets and return them to your office with name and contact information on them and then display in the window of your office.

These are just a few ideas, who has more?

Nice ideas, passing out candy at a listing can be fun too.  Maybe the sugar high will make them want to buy that listing...?  LOL.

Those are definitely pretty good ideas!  I go around to my Realtor offices and do somethings similar to those!  Keep it up, and nice job!

If you think someone would let you use there home, or  use your own home, as a haunted house; you could get a few people dressed up in scary costumes to pop out of corners, music, hanging whatever kids  are afraid of, scare a few kids and charge a fee to get in. The money could go to a local organization. I bet you could get pretty good coverage on something like that if you do it for the community.

Or does that sound like too crazy of an idea??

I am going to make goodie bags for the trick-or-treaters with my business card attached to them. I will have to make a few hundred or so but that is a few hundred local neighbors who know I live nearby and what I have to offer.

I purchased Halloween bags... put my market update in them and a few pieces of candy... then hand delivered to my farm areas.

Create GHOUL Street in the neighborhood you are marketing (your farm) by inviting several neighbors to do theme decorations each house having a different theme.

Those are all great ideas, Heather.  Don't forget to staple your card to the coloring pages - or have your info printed at the bottom of the page.

Eric - a Jim Cramer costume - that's priceless .  haha
