In March, 2011, 52 homes sold in Apex North Carolina, up from 41 closings in February.
The lowest price home sold at $35,000. It had no working HVAC or septic system. Still, with the listing price being $29,900, this suggests multiple bids.
The highest priced home sold at $651, 647 and was a new construction home in the Abbington neighborhood.
