Top Producer Email Graphic Specs?

Do any of you know what size JPEG is required for use as a custom banner on TopProducer email?

My client needs a custom header and the sample she sent me doesn't make much sense. It's somewhat narrower than it would need to be to fit the table cell in which it is positioned, so there's an ugly gap at the end.
