I was up in Washington DC for the last five days and while I was up there Pat Kennedy came by together with James Downing and picked me up for an evening of bloggers getting together for beer and a good time!

Pat drove to Arlington Virginia where we met up with Cindy Jones at the Capitol City Brewery Company for beer and dinner! It was great, meeting James and Cindy for the first time and seeing Pat again! We spent the evening talking about -what else- real estate! Lots of laughs and great company!!!

There is nothing like meeting people you have been corresponding with over the internet for years! And these three are some of the DC area's finest!!! Hope we meet up again in the near future......perhaps RainCamp Orlando????
