One Family’s Sad Story……

Do you know a victim of foreclosure. They are in good company, I know. They are in a steadily growing group of people who are silently being torn apart. Maybe not to the naked eye, and maybe unbeknown to the one who was foreclosed on, but the ramifications of losing one’s home is wrecking havoc in the lives and families of many Americans, and I dare say families across the entire world.

Whoa, not every state, market is high for FSSR. These kind of blogs scare and give the idea every area is that way. (*foreclosure, short sale, repossession) Maine is 46th lowest for FSSR. It's not a foreclosure on one side, short sale on the other every where. Is your area of Washington that way?

This is just one family's story. This is one example of one family in Washington State where i do business. Unfortunalty, our homeowners are in a different real estate market than yours. This is not to scare but to inform Washington home owners of their options in theri local market.I am glad to see that there are still a few markets that have not been affected as much mine.
