St. Louis, Missouri Jumbo Loans

VanDyk Mortgage is happy to announce the launch of our new in-house Jumbo Product. We now have the ability to go to 80% LTV on fixed rate St. Louis, MO Jumbo loans with very competitive pricing. (for those looking for a higher ltv, we also have options to go as high as 90% LTV if neccessary). We are confident that we are now able to offer the most competive Jumbo programs and Jumbo rates in the St. Louis area! The majority of Jumbo lenders today offer adjustable rate mortgage, the most common being the 5/1 and 7/1 Libor Arm product. We still have this available as well but have also added a true 30 and 15 yr Fixed Jumbo loan.  In addition to our in-house Jumbo product we have also launched our own 100% Missouri USDA Loan program, Missouri HUD REO program with up to 5k in escrow repair, Missouri Manufactured Home Loans to 97.75% LTV, Missouri FHA down to a 600 credit score, and will be offering our own Missouri FHA 203k program here very soon. We are excited to have these products available in house as we make the transition for 2011 with the intention of Banking all of our loans. Please be aware we still have the ability to offer the 203k program along with St. Louis Reverse mortgages through our broker channel and will be adding these products to our in-house line very soon as well.
