Price Reductions!
Okay -- Okay -- I know -- that's two words.
Overwhelmingly, new prices were today's big story.
18 Front Street, LAC Township is now priced at $129,900 (down $5,000)
105 State , PennsGrove is now priced at $132,000 (down $3,000)
41 Harding Ave, Pennsville is now priced at $94,000 (down $2,000)
259 N. River Drive, Pennsville is now priced at $376,000 (down $10,000)
60 S. Hook Road, Pennsville is working on a new number, too. Details to follow.......
I think it is so important to keep things moving during the marketing of a property. Both Sellers and Agents should keep an eye out for new photo opportunities, shake up the written descriptions and be watchful of the current statistics for guidance on new pricing.
Take a look at the photo above of my listing on 105 State Street, PennsGrove, NJ. It's only been listed a little over one month. This photo is the third exterior shot. There was snow on the ground in the first one. In the second one, the snow was gone but the grass was still brown. Today's photo shows that my clients took advantage of the sunny weekend by mulching their beds and sprucing up with some new bushes and flowers. (nice.....)
Properties are constantly moving into and out of the active Real Estate market. Keep your properties fluid and interesting.......so you can keep buyers interested.
Especially keep a look-out on the prices. Buyers are most interested in the numbers!
