I am in Orange County CA and do over 100 BPOs a month. I do them earily in the morning and late at night. I sell inbetween.
Well, that list sure tells me where the foreclosures are. Can't be good for "regular" home owners housing values.
Nice to know the American entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well, starting a money making school for BPO Certificates.
Nichole. Good info. Is it good or bad that our market isn't part of this list?
Thank you gentlemen for your comments. I wanted to write a quick response to everyone.
Tim, I feel for you, it must be difficult to do BPO's in OC!
Jon, I wanted to point out that BPO University's main focus is not to make money from selling or pushing people to get certified to do BPO's, instead we are an accredited real estate school that focuses strictly on BPO education and training. Check out our website for more info when you get a chance: www.bpo-university.com and www.bpoinnercircle.com
Last but not least, Larry I think it is good that the PNW part of Washington state is not in this list, but there is certainly enough BPO/REO work going on...just not as much as many parts of California and Florida.
