I looked up the mls for real estate activity in Doylestown township, Bucks County in March 2011.

Here is criteria used : Residential listings that settled in March. This does not include commercial, rentals, multi units and homes not listed .It is subject to errors and omissions.

There were 8 homes that sold in March , 2011.

The average original list price was $452,800

The average last list price was $424.000

The average sale price was $415,313

The highest sale price was $780,000

The lowest sale price was $148,000

The average  number of days the properties were marketed was 156
