Great video Tom.. Those questions serve several purposes... You are able to pull out how serious these people are, you will learn pretty quickly from these questions if they qualify and their motives.. In our industry time is money and if someone is just a looky loo it is better to find that out in the beginning then spend months cultivating a lead that isn't going anywhere.. Asking questions allows you to sift through the time wasters.
