Oh Give Me A Home Where the Buffalo Roam!  Boats to Buffalo, We Have It All, Sunnyvale, Texas!

The Barbara Hensley Collection has long featured a wide variety of unique properties in the hometowns nestled along the shores of Lake Ray Hubbard, almost in the shadow of the famed Dallas Skyline to the eastern country venues. The towns around Lake Ray Hubbard include Rockwall, Heath, Rowlett, Forney nd Sunnyvale.

These big guys lived on a great City Ranch we listed and sold that was minutes to downtown Dallas, yet a world apart from the hustle and bustle of the big city.....indeed the very best of all worlds!  Owners raised Cutting Horses and actually used the Buffalo in the training and working out of the Thoroughbred Cutting Horses.  This City Ranch was located in Sunnyvale, Texas and included barn, riding arena, and pond.

Another great City Ranch in Sunnyvale is located on 25 gorgeous acres behind estate gates and has two custom homes, both with their own private swimming pools, pond, barns, and pastures.  This property is ideal for extended families, Click this link to see the individual property website of this unique property.

I love how Sunnyvale Texas is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Dallas to give buyers who want a slower pace the opportunity to have it.

Anita - Sunnyvale is amazing, a tiny town almost in the very shadow of the Dallas Skyline - minutes to everything.  There are properties with land so you have the feeling of living in the country!  It is great!  thanks for stopping by with your comment.

Barbara, such diversity. Reminds me of the TV show Dallas and how they always talked about "the back forty". I hear the weather is generally warm there. Snow this winter for the superbowl was unusual.  Nice local post.

Hello Connie - we are going to have to meet one of these days when you are in the area!  Sunnyvale is one of the most unique cities in Dallas County, I am sure you agree!

Craig - good morning!  Strange that you mention The TV show Dallas - there is actually a property in Rockwall County that was a regular feature on the show - the home of one of JR's brothers.  The snow was crazy wild!  No one could believe it!  We are not used to that kind of weather and to have it on that weekend was freaky!

Brian - thanks for you gracious comment.  It makes it easy to produce good presentation when you have such great areas.

Larry & Sheila - Sunnyvale is indeed the best of two worlds - City or Country - Sunnyvale is the answer.
