are you getting results with Open Houses?

This is a little out of my normal "turf" as we went ot our listing in Columbus for the Super Sunday event. But, I've had pretty good attendance - 4-8 couples - per two hour open house for my Delaware opens and it hasn't gone too bad.

did you get any action off the 4-8 couples

I've been able to keep about 1/4 of my open leads and I'm finding they are very slow to cultivate. Did have one closed deal straight from the open house - on buy side - and have a handful of active clients right now that came to me via opens.

Two that I'm hoping will close by the end of the year.

Picked up two new leads today - had four at the open - and it was a quiet but interesting way to spend three hours.
