Oh my guys and gals, can we all teach Microsoft a thing or two when it comes to customer service.
I have spent the entire day attempting to download a $500 dollar copy of MS Office Professional 2010 to my laptop. Neither Microsoft entities took ownership of the issue, but passed me back and forth for 7 hours to no avail. Insanity prevails.
I have finally taken the decision to go to APPLE. Even though our MLS isn't fully compatible, there has to be a better way. I am so done with viruses. FOREVER! and more importantly MICROSOFT....You really do need some help in the way you deal with your customers. I suggest you go to Realtor school.
