It's a GREAT idea to make a list of all the things a Realtor® does for the client, great series!

i started with post #6, so will go backwards to read them all :)

One thing though: please check your formatting / html for this post. Signature appears in HUGE letters (And when I say huge I mean one letter per line, pretty much, on my huge imac screen)
