1 Treadmill or Exercise Bike

Put it all together and work away at those calories for an hour or two while you blog, email or surf! Keeps you healthy - mind and body!

We have had ours for a little over 2 weeks now. Tony has the record so far - 90 minutes - which he tells me flew by - although a little stiff in the calf muscles for a day or so. How to kill 2 birds with one Air Desk! Any of you have other innovative ways to multi-task while working out?!

That is a great idea. One other one that I have heard many times is to use an exercise ball instead of a chair at your desk. It helps with posture and your core muscle group.
