The Summer 2007 real estate market in Chandler was soft, but in my opinion, not too bad at all. Looking back on the Spring 2007 stats shows me the numbers are all pretty consistent, and closely parallels the general real estate market of the Phoenix metro area. It is without a doubt, still a Buyers market and the supply continues to remain at their lofty mark. The good news is that Buyers ARE buying in this beautiful city. Chandler offers a high "quality of life" factor, and I believe our city will be on the leading edge as the Phoenix metropolitan real estate market recovers. Just my humble opinion...
