Short sale properties continue to flood the real estate market as more sellers are having difficulty paying off their mortgage. This presents a great opportunity for home buyers and investors to purchase short sale properties. Discounts anywhere from 10%-15% can be expected for short sales.

In Cypress, Ca there are 49 total short sale properties on the market, 14 which are condos and the rest are single family residences. The current price range is from $149,000 to $720,000. Some short sale properties are move-in condition where others need repairs.
