Hola!
Are you curious about Costa Rica real estate, but not ready to take the plunge? You are not alone, and it would be silly for anyone to expect you to buy foreign real estate at the drop of a hat! I know that what you are looking for is useful information, as well as possibly taking a little trip down to Costa Rica to see it for yourself.
Well, I am here to serve! I have done the research on Costa Rica real estate so that you don't have to, and I am willing to share it with you. Probably the most effective way of me being able to do that - other than an in-person meeting - is through a colorful, easy-to-understand Webinar. What's a Webinar? In a nutshell, it is an online, interactive slideshow presentation, just like the live presentations that my colleagues and I have made dozens of times before to grateful audiences.
Of course, most people also want to see Costa Rica before seriously considering a home purchase there. That is why I have teamed up with travel professionals to bring you the best prices on the best travel and tours to Costa Rica. In addition, I am also making some great contacts with property rental companies in some popular tourist areas you won't want to miss. Just contact me and I'll put you in touch with one of my Costa Rica travel or property rental specialists.
Sincerely,
Tiffany Wilson, your Costa Rica Real Estate expert |

Entrances to the country from the Daniel Oduber International airport in Liberia grew almost 16%, while entrances from Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose grew by 3.14%. Gonzalo Vargas, the president of Canatur stated, "The statistics fill us with optimism. In fact, the closing date for the first semester of this year exceeds the expectations of the national plan which estimated a growth of approximately 5% for this year." Read the full article.

Embrace Pura Vida
Pura Vida = Pure Life. The mantra of Costa Ricans, tourists who have visited Costa Rica, and even those who have never set foot in Costa Rica, but embrace the leisurely, laid back philosophy that is Pura Vida. Many have asked what Pura Vida means, and others have tried to explain it, often very well. But when it comes to pura vida, words do not teach - experience does, and only a visit to Costa Rica can explain what pura vida truly means. Read more about pura vida.

Must See Places

Tamarindo
Tamarindo is one of the most popular tourist spots in the Nicoya Peninsula, but you'll be surprised by how small it is knowing that fact. Tamarindo draws an enormous number of surfers and fishermen, as the area is perfect for both. Many also come here to witness the protected nesting grounds of the giant leatherback turtle. Tamarindo also happens to be just a few minutes away from our Featured Property of the Month, Naturalia.
