5 Star Customer Service- Tarbox Toyota- North Kingstown RI 02852. A Realtor needs a working on the road car at all times and without my Toyota Camry wheels I am just in deep trouble. Being somewhat not mechanical...okay not mechanical at all except for plugging the GPS in ...I always need help. So with so many service places, where do you go?

The great service team at Tarbox Toyota at 6975 Post Road in North Kingstown RI is always even keeled in how they deal with me and my trusty Camry. Today was no exception. Stopped in for an oil change, fluid and tire check and was out of there in a half hour. Now I have only had one major service need on my car when a house mouse nested in my fan area and the whole part had to be replaced. The service manager takes me into the service bay and shows me- they know I am a doubting

Realtor and need proof! Mice stuff and all.

I have come to know some of the staff and even would bring one of them chicken wings

from Seven Moons across the street!

Honestly, the experience is one to acknowledge here and I always fill out

the service experience questionnaire when I receive it from Toyota Central that's emailed to me the next day. Always

, the service advisor, helped me just as pleasant and helpful as can be. Making sure my coupon card was taken care of for a half off oil change! woo hoo savings... of course his boss Mark Lacaillade

was checking in to make sure everything was running smoothly over here at the satellite service area too. Just a thank you to you and your staff...oh, and Mark Lacaillade

don't forget to tell Ed!

They have given me rides home, picked me up to get my car, and just have gone above and beyond what I expect a car service dealership to do.

Remember they are open 6 days a week Monday through Saturday 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

You need to acknowledge

It's always important to know that whomever is servicing your auto is reputable and gives fantastic customer service. Word definitely gets around as to which ones to use here and which ones to steer clear of. The chatter is rarely about a continued problem that they may have with their car after servicing, rather it's almost always based on customer service...good OR bad!

Jeff, being well priced is so important too...I also tend to sell my car before major service is required! LOL

Debe, isn't that true and the truth is if you have a bad experience you tell 10 people who tell 10 people & on and on..so a great customer service is a great thing for a biz...
