Agents Supporting Agents!!!

I attended our Caravan Meeting this morning and met a lot of great Realtors in town including meeting the active member of activerain, Tom Plant from Coldwell Banker, who by the way the Chairman of our SRCAR board.  I felt like I have known him so much because of activerain.  It does feel good to see them in person.  It feels like family that just had a great reunion.

Meeting and talking to all agents from different companies in person gives me personally a great sense of support and creates a new beginning of relationship in this business.  The smile and the laughs that I see from everyone I met had always made me feel very secure of how beautiful this business is.

We also had the opportunity to introduce our very own Agent Grace Follosco who sang the National Anthem in this meeting and gave a wonderful performance with such beautiful voice and surely filled the room with joy and hope.  A round of applause was given to her beautiful performance and talent for singing.  You really get to see other great qualities of people who love to share it to everyone.

With this, people in this meeting surely felt inspired to do their best today.  Beautiful Smile and Great support from other agents help someone to get energize in serving their client in the Real Estate business.  Love to see how the Title companies, Escrow companies and loan officers support the agents in so many ways that they can.  They see the hardship of most of these people.  They do reach out to extend their knowledge and expertise to the agents so they can get up and come back to serve better.

Never give up even when you feel so low and so out of money... Agents support agents... Let someone help you and you will be alright.

Just started those 'multi office' caravans here in our area. What a great idea. So glad they were re-invented. The time spent getting to know other agents is well spent! Hopefully the end result will be transactions with each one you meet!

Good post Marie.  It really helps a lot when you have an existing relationship with agents before you sit across from them in a transaction.

This is the only thing I miss about being an independent broker.  But then I think about the backstabbing and gossip, and I'm feeling good about working alone.

You're lucky.  You seem to have found your niche.  AR is my officemate now.  And it's working for me.
