Another successful short sale

Today was a good day.  I finally got short sale approval on the sale of a beautiful vacant lot.  This was a BofA Loan being serviced by Greentree.  One thing I noticed is that BofA does not respond as quickly through servicers as they do with Equator.  We were also very fortunate in that they did not come back asking for a promissory note or deficiency judgement which some local banker said they were doing on vacant lots, but fortunately not on ours.  Lots are hard to sell these days and I am very happy for myself and the sellers to finally have closure on this.  I was a little worried about the MERS thing delaying this sale even further since it is a BofA loan, but got lucky.  If you need help with a short sale or in finding the right property, I would be happy to help you.
