Whether you are getting your home ready to sell or making a new homes yours with a  new front door check out the energy efficient products and qualify for a reduction in federal tax credit.

If you are chosing Energy Star products you can feel good about the purchase and the tax credit!  ;-)

To make things line up, I would grab the table as an image and insert it that way.  Trying to get the HTML to behave might be a pain in the head to avoid.    On the edit part, all your posts should have a link that looks like..

Look for something like this :)

Karen - great post! At the state level many states also have incentives. The tax credit makes the ROI quicker! I recommend these steps for those staying in their home also! Also for those purchasing a home there is a "remodel" loan not many know about with which the costs can be figured in at the time of purchase. It works like a construction loan.

Thanks for the information!  I just bought a new home this year with ENERGY STAR appliances and wonder if they quailfy for the deduction!  I guess I'll have to check the site!
