Single family homes in Palo Alto, Los Altos and Saratoga had the highest average sales price in Santa Clara County during the 1st quarter of 2011 (1/1/11-3/31/11). Their average sales prices ranged from $1.5M to $1.8M. On the other hand, Milpitas, San Jose and Santa Clara had the most affordable average home sales prices, ranging from $495K to $593K.

Consistent with average sales price, Los Altos, Saratoga and Palo Alto single family homes sold in Q1 of 2011 had the highest median sales price, ranging from $1.4M to $1.6M. Homes in Milpitas, San Jose and Santa Clara again had the most affordable median sales prices, ranging from $436K to $580K.
