In order to provide excellent customer service it is important that you stay informed of the changing trends of both buyers and sellers. By knowing what buyers are looking for, you will be able to educate your sellers and help them know the value of their property in today's market. If getting well-priced listings is important to you, ask yourself the following questions:

 

 1.      Do you know what kind of flooring buyers want today?

2.      Do you know how buyers feel about trendy interior paint?

3.     Do you know if buyers prefer a single or multi-level home?
