Yesterday, the Arizona Multiple Listing Service, (ARMLS) held their TECHNAPALOOZA training event.

Once a year ARMLS does this, making training in a wide variety of subjects available to us. REALTORS are required to have continuing education classes which are commonly available, but TECHNAPALOOZ give us the opportunity to learn new skills in subjects like smartphone usage, new programs available, MLS tips, and many other subjects. If you didn't go, try to make the next one, you won't regret it.

My favorite class was Google Universe, taught by William James. I am linking to his web site HERE. He teaches his classes on Google and handheld computer use (smartphone) nationwide. His speaking schedule is on his site, as well as many free tips. Catch him if you get the chance. I THOUGHT I was good at google, now I know I have just touched the tip of the iceberg.
