I had been in correspondence with a young family planning a move to the Cary or Apex NC area.  A move without a specific time, but it was getting time to move.  From far out of state.

And I got an email one Saturday night in January.  An email that positively oozed stress.

"My husband took a job in Greensboro.  He starts next week.  Can you work with us there? (I was honored at the request!)  He is flying in Monday..."
I feel your pain.  It is palpable..

For some reason, I couldn't locate the agent I needed on a KW Market Center site.  Probably because I was rushing.
Off to ActiveRain, Greensboro-style, and up popped Andy Leung.  Yes!  I met Andy at a Carolinas Region function a couple of years ago.  He made a good impression.

Andy got my email at 5:26 on Saturday night.  And replied at 5:37, sure his team had someone to help this family in need.  And he confirmed as much shortly, and I heard from Buyer Specialist Lisa Postlmayr by 8:13PM, Saturday night.

And Lisa got the ball rolling in no time.  The gratitude and relief in the client's email when I gave her contact information was as sincere as the stress and worry in the earlier message.

Quick.   Communicative.  Service-oriented.  Happy email from the client this week after they closed on their new home.
