I LOVE THIS TOOLBAR. This toolbar has every real estate resource you can think of and then some. It is FREE and it takes 30 seconds to install and even to uninstall if you don't like it - Of course you will love it, we do!

Most of the information on the toolbar is related to Marketing - all sorts of free resources for realtors. There are free classifieds, free printers, lowes co-marketing and then there are video resources, virtual tours, postcards, mailing companies and free resources for listings that are to die for!

Check it out. This is especially great for Arizona REALTORS as it has all the forms and cool stuff for clients as well. Please download and check it out and leave your comments and reviews here for others.

Michelle, I've downloaded it and will check it out later and let you know what I think.  I do think that many on here won't download it because of not knowing more about it and fear of a virus.  I saw you with KW and decided it I could trust you :)

Thank you Mary!

Mary, I understand and it is a good point as I am rather cautious myself about that stuff. We would be silly not to be, right?

If anyone wants to put their big toe in the water and get a small glimpse of what the toolbar is about, please go here and you can sort of see it....however, the drop down menus hold all the MEAT. Honestly folks....it is a super resource. The mega agent camp resources are all on there now...along with many, many others. All of the blogging sites, video and communication sites and best of all........LISTING SITES.

How did it download for you Mary? Pretty quick?

I downloaded it and tried it, but then deleted it. So many of the links are specific to your area and not applicable to an agent in another state/area. It would be wonderful if something like this were available in a more national format.

Thanks for your input Shannon

Shannon,

You are correct on the forms and broker info that it is specific to Arizona....however, the Marketing and promoting YOU section is nationwide. These resources are so cool to help market your business online. Anyone with a website should at least check them out and mark them before they uninstall. Also the top producer logins should be a nationwide help.

Thanks for your input. In my next life I might attempt to build a national one.......for now it is what it is.

:)

Michelle, it was an easy download and I had no issues with it...after cruising around on it for awhile I found many of the sites looking pretty useful, some I've never tried before, many I have.  There is a lot that pertains strictly to your area...I wonder if it can be personalized for different areas?  I'm keeping it and going to use it.  Thanks for the post on it!

I'm concerned about downloading the toolbar because I don't know anything about it.  Any other info to offer? <a href="http://www.kay-lee.com/azchandler.htm>Tracey Lee</a>
