As I was door knocking my 100 flyers for my open house this weekend we came to this house with lovely little patch of grass! It looked perfect, just like real grass. So I looked closer and ....Its not real! I love this! I remember when I was a kid my grandma had "fake" grass and it looked terrible, hurt your feet, and would never pass for REAL.
Times change and things get better!
I think the fake grass now is a really good option.
